At Gracie Lane, we want your new Pilates socks to reach you quickly and safely.

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):
    Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21 business days. Customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Packaging:
    We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to protect your order and the planet.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility:
    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Sale items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  • How to Return:

    1. Contact us at ciao@gracielane.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:
    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
